"It really pains me to leave a negative review (or at least not as positive review) for this office. I’ve had lots of work done and mostly everyone is warm. Paula is exceptional and really is the shining star of the team...Kenway (dentist assistant) is very kind, gentle and knows her stuff. The doctor is very nice too and does good work. Alas, I will not be returning because the last three visits I’ve been made to feel as if my worries or pain was dismissed and mocked behind my back by the front desk gal (Carolina?) I’ve caught her rolling her eyes on the reflection of their wall art when I’ve voiced concerns for the particular job they had done at the time (my back was turned to her but I could observe what was happening on the reflection of the wall art) ...I’ve caught her with a scowl on her face on the reflection of the door when I was leaving the dental office. Her tone, while sweet, is condescending as if talking to a child. I have nothing against any person in that office but I am not made to feel welcome when I know this behavior is happening, literally, as soon as I turn my back. If you’re going to mock your clients at least be smart enough to do so in private."
